Qualifications
The only qualification for being seen at the clinic is that you be a resident of Washington or Morgan County.
A sliding fee scale is available. Proof of income must be presented at the time of service.
Ohio Medicaid, Unison, CareSource and Molina are accepted. No other insurances are being accepted at this time.
