Sewage System Loan Inspections (Sale of Home)
Loan inspections can be performed by the Health Department for a fee of $125. It is not required by the Health Department that a septic system be inspected prior to a sale. However, it may be required by the buyer and/or the lending agency.
Call the Health Department for an application to request a septic system inspection.
