Nuisance Complaints
A "public health nuisance" is defined as any condition of sewage, solid waste, etc. that is potentially injurious to the health, safety, comfort, or property of a person, or pollutes waters of the state.
 
The Washington County Board of Health requires a signed nuisance complaint form in order to investigate a nuisance. Once the nuisance is filed, an investigation will begin.
