Clinics

Well Child clinics occur monthly the second week of the month 10 times per year     8am-10am

 

An appointment is required. The clinic includes Lead testing, Vision and Hearing screening. Work and Sports physicals are also available for children under the age of 18.

 

A sliding fee scale has been established for payment, Medicaid also accepted.
