Washington County licenses 16 manufactured home parks. 

 

A "manufactured home park" means any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured homes, used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes.

 

Manufactured home parks are required to be licensed each year by the Health Department. The fees are as follows:

50 or more      $100.00(plus $1.50 per lot over 49)       $132.00          $232.00 +
